Her dream was to celebrate her birthday in style! In Colombia the 15th birthday is a coming-of-age equivalent to the “Sweet Sixteen” in North America, which is why this year was so important to the young girl. Dressed as a fairy tale princess, hundreds of her people showed up to party, and showered her with presents and flowers. “Even though she doesn't dance, she wants us to dance. She wants balloons and celebrations and that people come,” says Magali's mother Sofia. Looks like Magali's birthday wishes came true.
